Late NSW Blues Origin call-up Jack Bostock is among players from seven different nations in the RLWC2026 Team of the Week.

Bostock, who was called onto the Blues interchange after helping the Dolphins to a 48-10 defeat of Sydney Roosters, is one of just two players in contention for the Kangaroos at the World Cup.

Samoa and New Zealand had three players each, while fans voted for the uncapped Australian pair of Bostock and Warriors prop Jackson Ford, England centre Herbie Farnworth and lock Alex Seyfarth, who is keen to represent his English heritage.

Papua New Guinea international Alex Johnston, the greatest tryscorer in premiership history, topped the poll for wingers after scoring four tries in South Sydney's defeat of the Broncos, Fiji hopeful Sione Fainu features for the first time in the secondrow.

Tonga halfback Isaiya Katoa is one of six Dolphins players - along with Bostock, Farnworth, Kiwis winger Jamayne Isaako and hooker Jeremy Marshall King, and Samoa secondrower Connelly Lemeulu.

Samoa's other representatives are Wests Tigers playmaker Jarome Luai and prop Terrell May. Fainu and Seyfarth were also chosen after starring in Wests Tigers 22-20 defeat of the Titans.

Despite the loss, Kiwis fullback Keano Kini was voted as the No.1 fullback after a stunning individual performance, joining Marshall-King and Isaako as the three New Zealand players in the Team of the Week.

Each week, fans vote for their RLWC2026 Team of the Week from players nominated after the previous weekend's NRL and Super League matches who are eligible for the 10 nations contesting Rugby League World Cup 2026.

The RLWC2026 Team of the Week is announced each Wednesday.

Toa Samoa halves Jarome Luai (Wests Tigers) and Tyrone May (Hull KR), winger Phillip Sami (Titans), prop Terrell May (Wests Tigers), and secondrowers Jacob Laban (Warriors) and Connelly Lemuelu (Dolphins).
England lock Morgan Knowles, centres Herbie Farnworth (both Dolphins) and Harry Newman, playmaker Jake Connor (both Leeds), wingers Josh Charnley (Leigh), Tommy Makinson (Catalans) and Noah Hodkinson, secondrower Junior Nsemba, hooker Brad O’Neill (all Wigan), and Wests Tigers backrower Alex Seyfarth, who has declared his ambition to represent his mother’s nation of birth
